Peyronie’s disease is a condition that can happen in men whereby scar tissue, also called plaque, has developed inside the penis. This scar tissue pulls on the skin and causes curved, painful erections, and it may also cause the penis to lose width and length. If left untreated, the condition can lead to an inability
